I have been attending Hannah and Chris' classes for more years than I care to remember and I highly recommend the Sheffield Yoga School. Their classes go way beyond an exercise routine and teach the full richness of yoga for mind, body and soul. Hannah and Chris are such thoughtful and experienced teachers whose deep understanding of the true principles of yoga and their genuine care for their students shines through every lesson.

Sheffield Yoga School has genuinely been a big part of our lives for several years now. Chris & Hannah are wonderful teachers, welcoming & make you feel at ease no matter your experience or knowledge of yoga. Would recommend to anyone looking for some respite & rebalancing from busy schedules!

Excellent quality , communication and deep understanding of Holistic Yoga. I've never actually attended the Sheffield Yoga Studio in person but have been part of the on- line community for more than two years. I regularly access the wide range of Yoga classes both live and recorded . I have also signed up to On -line events such as Chris' excellent , regular 5 week early morning mediation series. I can fully recommend Sheffield Yoga School if you're wanting to experience authentic classes from knowledgeable, experienced deeply authentic teachers .

Hanna and Chris are so good at teaching and make the classes really enjoyable. Since Covid-19 issues have been in play I have participated in the live online classes, these are excellent and you feel almost in the room like a live class. Yoga has brought so much to my life over the last 18 months or so and I give so much thanks to Chris and Hanna. I would strongly recommend Sheffield Yoga Centre to anyone thinking of taking up Yoga.

Hannah & Chris are very skilled yoga teachers, I've been attending for many years now. The classes are presented in a warm, very human way, offering lots of tools to help deal with the stresses of life & adaptions for all levels. Highly recommended.

I highly recommend Sheffield Yoga School to anybody already on their yogic evolution and to those still thinking about starting. The instructors are highly knowledgeable which reflects in the fact that classes are a lot more than just physical fitness lessons. The lessons knit the physical, cognitive, and emotional aspects of yoga together into a well-being — but no less physically challenging — experience. The regular classes can be augmented with additional high quality workshops and courses with some of the best yoga teachers in the UK. For anyone thinking about joining this yoga school… my advice is to give it a try.

This is the best place to do yoga, whether in a weekly live class, doing a live on-line class or a session from their extensive online library. Hannah and Chris offer a "top to toe" experience, ensuring that both body and mind are exercised, strengthened and relaxed. Classes are varied, friendly and purposeful. I would recommend this approach to yoga to all ages and abilities - your needs will be understood and catered for. Chris and Hannah provide 1st class yoga teaching. I've been attending weekly classes, yoga days and weekend retreats with them for over 20 years. They are both great teachers with a broad depth of knowledge and experience. I highly recommend them from beginners to experienced students.

I've been attending online classes since the beginning of the pandemic. The pace is just right and both Hannah and Chris are excellent instructors. I'm not particularly fit or agile but there are always easier options to the more challenging positions. The online library is great too - lots of different practices to try out. I come away from each class feeling much more relaxed and at peace with the world and myself

I go to the Thursday morning class which is excellent. I've been going to classes with Chris and Hannah for many years and they are both excellent teachers and caring people. I would recommend this yoga school to anyone, beginner or experienced. You will find a warm welcome.

Chris and Hannah run the best yoga classes - holistic, inclusive, easy to follow, yet challenging. The choice between online, library and in-person really works. They both have real skill in making yoga accessible.

Sheffield Yoga School teach yoga that is the essential core of Yoga, it's tailored to every level and is inclusive and is a great way to develop a practice that supports the physical, emotional and spiritual spheres of life. This is a wonderful yoga school and very good value for money. Both Chris and Hannah are patient and inspiring and help you to understand all of the different elements of yoga including posture work, meditation and how to achieve more balance in your life. Going to these yoga classes has had a really positive effect on my life.

Hannah is an excellent teacher. I always leave her class feeling mentally and physically relaxed, whatever mood I was in when I arrived. She plans such varied activities & we seem to smile & laugh too! I couldn’t recommend her classes more highly!
